What's Included

Highlights

  • Check-in: Registration and check-in starts at 8:30 AM.
  • Parking: Free parking is available at the venue.
  • Alcohol Policy: No alcohol is allowed on the event venue premises. The after party will be at a bar where alcoholic beverages can be purchased.
  • Age Requirement: Attendees 16 years or younger must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Can I park at the venue?

Yes, there will be ample parking available at the venue, free of charge.

Does my ticket include food?

Tickets will include breakfast, lunch, snacks, and non-alcoholic drinks such as water, coffee, and soda.

Will there be alcohol?

No. We ask that you do NOT bring alcohol into the venue. The after party will be at a bar where alcoholic beverages can be purchased separately.

Will there be an after party?

Yes! The after party will run from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM at a local bar. It will include hors d'oeuvres for dinner and non-alcoholic drinks. Alcoholic beverages must be purchased separately. We will mention it multiple times during the event.

Can I bring my bag?

Yes, you are welcome to bring bags into the venue.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and drink to the venue. We ask that you do not eat inside of the main track rooms.

Will there be vegan and GF options for food?

Yes, we will provide vegan and gluten free food options. If you have other dietary restrictions, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if I'm under 16?

If you are 16 years or younger, you need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the event.
