BSidesDayton runs entirely on volunteers. The crew below plans talks, builds villages, writes CTF challenges, lines up sponsors, and wrangles the venue, mostly on nights and weekends across the year, so the day itself actually holds together.

Logan owns the vision and sets the strategy that turns it into a real event each year. He's the public face of the conference across the wider security community, and he makes sure the staff have the direction and support to pull off their piece. Where the event goes next starts with him.
